Dancing in the Blossming world

The 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition is the first International Flora Exposition to be held in Taipei. Featuring a theme of "Rivers, Flowers, New Horizons", the Expo will include 14 exhibition halls, spread among four areas – Yuanshan Park, Fine Art Park, Xinsheng Park and Dajia Riverside Park - across an area of 91.8 hectares, each with its own unique style, all dedicated to showcasing notable achievements in horticulture, science, and environmental protection technology. Some 60 million flowers will be exhibited, and there will be 7,000 performances and 12 international floral competitions.

Expo Dome
(Yuanshan Park Area)
Rebuilt from Zhongshan Football Field, it is a Pavilion for holding all kinds of horticulture and floral arts competitions.
Expo Hall
(Fine Arts Park Area)
With Dancing Blossoms, Fluttering Butterflies and Green Life as the theme, this is a performance plaza.
Pavilion of Regimen
(Xinsheng Park Area)
Mixture of Chinese Herbal Life Style and European Garden, the Pavilion is divided into two thematic parts of Banquet of Seasons and Blessing of Seasons.
Mobile Dome
(Dajia Riverside Park Area)
Tented display and performance space, wide and cozy, is designed in power saving and environment protection concept. It can accommodate 1500 visitors.
