Laser-Etched Crystal Set |
 |
NT$2,980 |
 |
|
| Description:
Makers firstly utilized
computer aided design software
to develop a 3-dimensional
pattern of the Museum of
Drinking Water to be impregnated
in the crystal block. After
accurate determination of
axial distances and locations
of blasting points depending
on the size of the pattern
and accompanying letters,
they emitted laser beams
at these points on the crystal
block from different directions
for blasting. Tens of thousands
of these points were etched
to form the museum pattern
and letters. Priced at only
NT$2,980 each, this crystal
set is an artistic work
worthy of collection. Size
of crystal piece: 10 cm
(L) x 6 cm (W) x 6 cm (H);
size of wood base: 10 cm
(L) x 6cm (W) x 2.5 cm (H) |
